The advantage of aluminium profile mechanical polishing

Usually, after aluminium profile extrusion, there are extrusion lines or marks left on the aluminium surface. If this profile is equipped with anodizing or electrophoresis process, the extrusion lines or marks still can be seen. So how do you resolve this problem?

Our aluminium profile polishing machine is used for removing the natural oxide film, eliminating the extrusion lines or marks and other surface damage. After processed by mechanical polishing, aluminium profiles surface will be smooth as a mirror. If it is equipped with different kinds of chemical treatment such as anodizing, coloring or acid lightening, the aluminium profiles surface will have a bright, shining and nice luster, upscale and beauty.
